CRACKED HEEL:

Cracked heel is a common disease for men and women. It general occurs in winter season, but some persons having all seasons. When the sensitive skin of the feet and heels becomes too dry, it starts cracking and leaving painful on your heels. It may not only make painful to walk, but also lead to infections. 
Home Remedy for CRACKED HEEL:

A. Frankincense:
 Grind some Frankincense and make powder. Make a paste by mixing the powder of Frankincense with some ghee. Massage this pest on your cracked feet area for 5-10 minute, massage 2 to 3 times per day. It will give good result for cracked heels.

B. Mango Leave:
 Crush some mango leaves, collect the juice. Before going to bed apply the juice on cracked area and cover this area with mango leaves. Wake up in the morning, remove the Mango leaves which where covered on the Cracked area & wash it with some hot water.

C. Yolk of Egg:
Take an egg, remove the egg white. Blend the yolk and apply it in the cracked area of feet. After 5 min take one lemon skin with some salt and massage this area. After 15 minute wash the cracked heel with some water.

 D. VINEGAR:
Mix some curd in vinegar and massage it on cracked area of heel and feet. Wash it with water after 10 minutes, it will removes the crack on your feet and results in your soften feet.

E. MUSTARD OIL:
Boil some amount of garlic with mustard oil. Massage the hot oil on the cracked area before going to bed.it will give good result for cracked heel.

F. Baking Powder& Apple Juice:
Mix 1 cup of apple juice in a pot contain some water. Dip your feet for 15 minute in it. Bring it out side and dry by cloth. After 15 minute again mix 4-5 teaspoon baking powder to some water and deep your feet to it for 5 min. it will keep your feet soft and remove cracks on feet. It also removes bacteria from your feet. It also gives relief from Pain in toe nail.

SWEATING OF FEET:
In summer season sweating of feet is common to majority people.

Home Remedy:
·        Before going to bed deep your feet in cold water for 15-20 min.
·        Then impose small coconut oil in feet.
·        Cover your feet with cotton during sleeping

PAIN OF FEET:

Ø Mix some amount of lemon juice in water and deep your feet for 10-15 min. It will remove bacteria from your feet.
Ø Mix some quantity of salt in water and deep your feet in it for 10 min. It will remove pain and hot burning in feet.
