Natural Home Remedy to WEIGHT LOSS & GAIN

For weight loss lot of people are trying for surgery and some people trying for allopathic medicine. It may causes many side effects and costly. So let’s try some home remedy.
If you are doing exercise for weight loss then don’t look for diet or fasting. Because diet or fasting will make your body weak. So for healthy and fitness do exercise and take proper food of caloric value of 2500 caloric (man) and 2000 caloric (women).
            Fat of body contain vitamin E. When someone tries to reduce fat means reduce vitamin E which may cause heart disease, Cancer and Alzheimer diseases. So they should take food contain vitamin E i.e. Almonds, Broccoli, Parsley, Papaya etc.

Natural Home Remedy to LOSS WEIGHT:
1.     Early in the morning when you wake up drink mixture of one glass of little warm water, 1 teaspoon lemon juice and 1/2 teaspoon of honey.
2.     Take one cup of water and 2-3 pieces of ginger; boil it 10 minute. Take the boiled water like tea. Do it 2-3 times per day it will give good result.
3.     Take same amount of Coriander leaves and Peppermint leaves and grind it. Mix lemon juice and salt to it. Use this mixture in food.
4.     Mix 2 teaspoon of Aloe Vera juice and 1 teaspoon of hot grind Cumin seed powder in one glass of water. Drink the mixture in early morning in empty stomach. Take some food after an hour.
5.     Wet 10-15 peanut in night and eat it in the morning.
6.    After having food chew one piece of ice.
7.     Take one betel leaf and put 5-6 black pipers in it. Keep the betel in mouth and take in the saliva. It should careful that betel leaf should be fresh green; otherwise it will cause stomach disease. Keep it until 8-10 week it will give best result.
8.     Capsicum which contain capsaicin use for weight loss. So use capsicum in your food as much as possible. 
9.     Eat one pear fruit per day it will reduce your weight.
10.   Morning Sun light cause weight loss. Daily half an hour morning sun bath cause loss in weight. But after 8 a.m. sunbath cause rise in weight.
11.  Donkey milk is one of the best remedy for weight loss. Drinking donkey milk also gives other result i.e. cough and cold, increase vitamin.
12.     If you are working in field then if you stand for 5-6 hours in a day it will reduce your weight very quickly.
13.     Drink one glass of Aloe-Vera juice daily, it will give good result for weight loss.
14.  Boil some pieces of ginger in water, cold it and drink. Do it regularly, it will reduce your weight.
15.  Eat watermelon regularly; it will reduce your fat in body.
16.   Drink mixture of lemon juice and bitter gourd juice regularly, it will give good result.
17.   Use of fish oil also gives good result for weight loss.

Home Remedy to GAIN WEIGHT:
It is easy to weight gain but far difficult to weight loss. For weight gain take calorie contains food; it will gain your weight.
1.     Eat 20-25 gram of fry chick pea with salt; it will cause to gain your weight.
2.     Eat 3-4 bananas every day; daily eat one banana on breakfast; it will increase your weight.
